Roland Nairnsey is a celebrated author, coach, and new home sales trainer. His latest book, The Mastery of Selling for New Homes, is now available on Amazon.
He has successfully sold homes for numerous builders as both a salesperson, selling sales manager and director of sales, and is personally responsible for almost one billion dollars’ worth of new home sales.
He became a national sales trainer in 2002 and spent a decade training thousands of salespeople all across North America to replicate his sales success. His clients love his refreshing “Real World” approach, teaching processes honed from his own experience that are proven to increase sales. They call him “the Stuff Guy” and find it easy to connect with his easygoing, caring manner and offbeat British humor. The feedback is they laugh while they learn.
Taking a sabbatical from training, Roland was recently Director of Sales for a luxury home builder in Southwest Florida for 3.5 years. This allowed him to understand today’s buyers as well as update his approach and training material to suit this new contemporary market.
Roland formed his own training company New Home Sales Plus a few years ago and has very quickly gained a loyal following of clients all over North America, with combined monthly sales in the billions. He delivers his training both in person and via interactive live video conference, which he conducts weekly.
Roland lives in Miami with his wife Svitlana and son Maxim. In his spare time he likes to travel with his family, garden and watch his beloved English football team Tottenham Hotspur.
Leah Fellows is a national online sales counselor trainer and consultant and the founder of Blue Gypsy Inc. in 2010. She has 16 years of new home sales experience and has worked in online sales since 2007.
First an in-house OSC, then remotely, and finally as a trusted adviser to builders, developers, and realty companies, Leah helps them build, hire, and train successful online sales counselor programs. As a boutique training company, she only works with a handful of builders each year to create or improve their own in-house online sales programs.
Leah has trained multiple national award-winning OSCs and regularly appears as a guest on industry podcasts, webinars, seminars, and conferences, and contributes to publications and blogs. Prior to the building industry Leah lived the gypsy vagabond lifestyle traveling around the world for 13 years as a backpacker, a sailboat captain, and dive instructor after graduating from Boston University with a degree in advertising from the School of Communication.

Quint Lears, MIRM, has excelled as a sales and marketing professional and was recognized as the 2012 National New Home Sales Person of the Year for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He was also a 2018 Professional Builder Magazine 40 Under 40 honoree. He has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, RE/MAX Above Magazine, Professional Builder Magazine and three different times in the Sales + Marketing Ideas Magazine.
Quint is a sought after trainer, motivator, and coach, speaking at local, regional, and national events on the topics of new home sales, branding, and personalities. Quint has been featured in five books related to new home sales and marketing, and has just completed his book Partnering with Brokers to Win More Sales published by NAHB Builder Books. This is the first book in the industry dedicated to educating builders and new home sales people on how to work effectively with real estate brokers to increase new home sales.
Finally, Quint is the creator and host of www.NewHomeSales.com, an online media platform featuring insights, ideas, and best practices from top new home sales, marketing, and home building professionals.
Tom Daddario has held leadership roles for over 20 years. He has managed teams in small private companies as well as national companies. This year he published his third book, this one on leadership – A Leader’s Handbook for Success, which outlines the 17 traits of successful leaders. Many of the people Tom managed have gone on to become sales managers, marketing managers and division presidents; others have also started their own real estate agencies.
Kevin Oakley has over 17 years of experience running marketing and sales operations for home builders of all shapes, sizes, and areas of expertise. He was intimately involved with the development, marketing, and sale of over 2 billion dollars in new homes prior to joining Do You Convert in 2015.
Kevin’s extensive time spent in the trenches allows him to uniquely connect with the challenges you face in any market. From launching new communities, increasing online lead volume or conversion, improving your customer’s experience, lowering marketing costs, strategic planning, and beyond – he has an outline for success. Kevin speaks regularly at the International Builders’ Show and Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference.
Kevin is the author of Presale Without Fail: The Secret to Launching New Communities with Maximum Results, and the host of the Market Proof Marketing podcast.
Cory is also a social media expert with the unique experiences of a social media influencer. Over the past 5 years, his YouTube channel has accumulated over 10 million watch hours. Through his experience creating content and working with brands, he has gained a wealth of insider knowledge about how businesses strategically work with influencers as part of their marketing strategy.
David Hagan is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker. He offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching to help teams in their personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John Maxwell’s proven leadership methods using many of his best-selling works.
David also has an interesting background that weaves over 15 years’ experience in leadership in the sales world with almost fifteen years of experience in leadership in full-time ministry. David believes this gives him a unique insight on the power of connection. He understands people and is an advocate for human connection in the sales process. As we add more virtual meetings to our calendars and “buy-now” buttons to our websites, we must be intentional in our efforts to connect to our customers. If we fail to gain that connection, our business becomes much more transactional, and we risk losing sight of who our customers are and what they are really looking for.
David has been involved in sales leadership for large national homebuilders like K. Hovnanian Homes and Heritage Homes, and he has led sales teams for local and regional builders like Smith Family Homes in Savannah and most recently for Smith Douglas Homes in Atlanta.
In February of this year, David announced that he was leaving his sales leadership role to open his own sales training company, Sales Uncomplicated. He is focused on training and developing sales teams for the new home industry. David is currently writing a book entitled Gab is Not the Gift, which is centered around his new sales process, The Uncomplicated Method.
Alexis Udine is a builder marketing manager with Group Two and the director of G2 Online Sales Coaching. For over a decade, Alexis has dedicated her career to the launch, growth, and success of home builder sales and marketing programs around the country. She is thrilled to offer a fresh, proven approach to online sales coaching that meets the needs of today’s new homebuyers. This year’s retreat will be held at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater, Florida. The address is 400 Mandalay Ave, Clearwater, FL 33767.
The retreat will run from Wednesday, November 2 through Friday, November 4.
The nearest major airport to the retreat is Tampa International Airport (TPA), 4100 George J. Bean Parkway, Tampa, FL 33607. The hotel is about 21 miles, a 40-minute drive from the airport.
