Roland Nairnsey

Roland (attending in person) is the Founder of The New Home Sales Plus and your host for the Tropical Sales Retreat! He is a nationally renowned New Home Sales Trainer and he’s  helped thousands of salespeople to replicate his success (he is personally responsible for almost one billion dollars’ worth of new home sales). 

Roland delivers his training both in person, and via interactive live Video Conferencing which he conducts daily; and has a loyal following of clients all over North America, with combined yearly sales in the many billions.

He also is an avid blog writer, posts Free Videos on his You Tube Video page, and is finishing his latest book “The Mastery of Selling”.

Quint Lears MIRM (attending in person) has excelled as a sales and marketing professional and was recognized as the 2012 National New Home Sales Person of the year for the National Association of Home Builders. He was also a 2018 Professional Builder Magazine 40 under 40 honoree. He has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, RE/MAX Above Magazine, Professional Builder Magazine and 3 different times in the Sales and Marketing Ideas Magazine.

Quint is a sought after trainer, motivator, and coach, speaking at local, regional and national events on the topics of new home sales, branding and personalities. Quint has been featured in 5 books related to new home sales and marketing and he has just completed his book, “Partnering with Brokers to Win More Sales” published by NAHB Builder Books. This is the first book in the industry dedicated to educating builders and new home sales people on how to work effectively with real estate brokers to increase new home sales.

Quint is the Creator and Host of NewHomeSales.com an online media platform featuring insights ideas and best practices from top new home sales, marketing, and home building professionals.

Tom Daddario

Tom has been involved in Real estate since 1986. Selling with local and national builders before moving into a Senior Leadership role as VP of Sales and Marketing In his last leadership role, he managed a team of 55 employees for a high-end active adult community in Florida. His experience is vast, having worked with 1st time home owners, move-up and retirement buyers for multi and single-family homes ranging in price from the affordable to over a million dollars. Sales under his leadership are in the thousands of homes. His sales training follows a simple concept, he will only teach skills he has had proven success with. Those that embrace his concepts have always become top producers.

Tom specializes in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy that allows us to understand what is happening underneath the surface with our emotions, with proven sales processes to help coach sales people to maximize their success. This unique combination also helps elevate the client experience, as well as creating a meaningful bond with clients.

Mike Moore

“Mr. Positivity” himself, Mike is a beloved speaker and considered one of the very top new home sales motivators in the Industry.

Mike is a featured keynote speaker, leadership, sales and employee development coach who co-authored Build Trust and has been recognized by Builder & Developer Magazine in their annual Who’s Who in Homebuilding. In April 2018, Mike was ranked by Klout in the top 1% on Leadership, Leadership Development, Peak Performance and Sales. In July 2019, Twitter ranked Mike #1 on Leadership, Leadership Development, Sales Training, Peak Performance, Employee Development, Keynote Speaking and Homebuilding.

Mike co-founded the first Online Design Center Application for the new homebuilding industry, Option Online, in 1996. Options Online has operated as Studio Chateau since 2009 and now processes 3 billion dollars annually in homebuyer option selections.

Anya Chrisanthon

Anya Chrisanthon is a Technology Consultant and Content Creator for the Homebuilding Industry. She is a Host of a top-rated New Construction Marketing Podcast. She bring technology companies and builders together to improve the home buying process. She specializes in email marketing, follow up automation and social media ads.

Anya’s background is in new home sales and she was a recipient of the Rookie of Year, MVP of Sales and many other sales achievement awards and most recently she was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders with the One To Watch Award. Although selling came naturally to her, it wasn’t until she started to study marketing and copywriting and systematizing her sales activities that Anya saw a major difference in her results.

Now she leverages her relationships with technology companies and homebuilders to bring them together. Technology is evolving at the speed of light-she help home builders figure out which products to use and what works best together to create a seamless experience for both their sales team and customers.

Anya will be Podcasting on-site at the Tropical Sales Retreat.

Mollie Elkman

Group Two is a forward-thinking agency with a deep-rooted past in the new home marketing industry. It’s second-generation leader and owner Mollie Elkman, has been immersed in home building her entire life. Mollie is a natural-born leader and some of her earliest memories are traveling to the International Builders’ Show, visiting model homes with her dad on the weekends, and even being in black and white print ads for home builders back in the ‘80s.

From typewriters to computers, print ads to digital, Group Two has always stayed ahead of the times. And thanks to Mollie’s leadership have evolved with the industry, and evolved the industry itself often setting the new home marketing standards for builders across the country. Kimberly Mackey

Founder of New Homes Solutions, Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience as a senior level executive in the residential home building and real estate industry. Kimberly is an accomplished and sought after national speaker and published author of many Sales and Leadership articles. Her expertise is in creating Sales Management and Training Solutions for home builders across the country. Kimberly’s experience includes working with Builders and Developers of all sizes – from the local/regional companies to the publicly traded national companies.

Kimberly also works with REALTORS® and Brokers from across the country and is the architect and director of the highly successful Preferred Builder Partnership program with Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties.

Kimberly is active in the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders, currently serving as the incoming Chair on the National Board of Trustees. She also serves on the NAHB Associates’ Committee as the Leadership & Professional Development Chairperson. Mackey is a life Director of the FHBA’s Sales and Marketing Council and TBBA’s Sales and Marketing Council. Kimberly is the 2020 recipient of the John P. Hall Award for lifetime achievement in sales and marketing.

Jane Meagher

Jane Meagher, President of Success Strategies, is The true national Design Studio Expert! Jane’s unparalleled credentials and years of wide-ranging expertise make her uniquely positioned to bring you an in-depth mastery of the design studio world. Jane has designed over 150 Design Studios in 120 housing Markets across the US and Canada and has won 32 National Awards for best design centers from the NAHB.

Lisbeth Linert

Lisbeth Linert brings a wealth of experience in interior design to her position as director of Business development at Clive Daniel. She holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in interior design . She’s a Florida Licensed Interior Designer, a Fitwel Ambassador, a NCIDQ certificate holder, a board member of the South Florida Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) as the VP of Advocacy, and a board member of NEWH (the professional organization for Hospitality Interior Designers) as the Director of Programing.

Lisbeth owned her own interior design business for six years and spent five years as an Interior Design Professor at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Miami International University. She now enjoys helping homeowners, and Builders work with her talented team of Interior designers at Clive Daniel’s, based in Boca Raton, Florida.

Alexis Udine

Alexis Udine is a builder marketing manager with Group Two and the director of G2 Online Sales Coaching. For over a decade, Alexis has dedicated her career to the launch, growth and success of home builder sales and marketing programs around the country. Matt Riley

As Vice President of Group Two Matt Riley has almost two decades of front line experience with extensive knowledge of technology and builder challenges and has pioneered sales and marketing innovations that deliver substantial results. Matt has not only significantly increased profits for builders (as a builder himself) but has created fulfilling and meaningful experiences for homeowners all over the country.

Starting out as an on-site salesperson in 2004 to working his way up at his last homebuilding position of VP of Sales and Marketing, Matt has taken the reins in many high-level sales and marketing roles for homebuilding companies of all sizes and markets through-out the country.

Kevin Oakley

Kevin Oakley has over 17 years of experience running marketing and sales operations for home builders of all shapes, sizes, and areas of expertise. He was intimately involved with the development, marketing, and sale of over 2 billion dollars in new homes prior to joining Do You Convert in 2015

Kevin’s extensive time spent in the trenches allows him to uniquely connect with the challenges you face in any market. From launching new communities, increasing online lead volume or conversion, improving your customer’s experience, lowering marketing costs, strategic planning, and beyond – he has an outline for success.
