Join us in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, from October 8th through October 10th to learn from other builders, inspire your new home products, improve your processes, and enjoy a few days of relaxation and connection!
This year, we're thrilled to have The Gove Group Real Estate, led by owners Elizabeth Markey and Alexx Monastiero, as our gracious hosts. Boasting yearly sales of over $300 million with an average price of $800,000, this is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, explore their model homes, and dive into what makes their marketing machine so successful!

Join us at 5 PM at the ENVIO Rooftop Bar at the A/C Hotel for drinks and appetizers to unwind and relax with your fellow Masterminds.
Meet at the Bus at 8:45 AM in the lobby of the hotel. Plan for a day full of touring, wearing layers, and bringing sweaters as it could be chilly!
We'll have a picnic lunch by the river and enjoy the autumn leaves.
The bus will return to the hotel at 5 PM.
At 6:15 PM, we'll enjoy a walk to the New England Seafood restaurant on the wharf.
Meet at the Marea A & B Meeting Rooms at the A/C Hotel at 8:30 AM for presentations from our sponsors and hosts, followed by round table conversations.
We'll wrap up around 12:30 PM with hugs and farewells.
