I wanted to take a moment to share an important update with all of you, and more importantly, to express genuine gratitude. After eight incredible years working alongside me, Abi Licatino, who has been my schedule manager and Training Concierge, will be moving on to pursue her own exciting business venture, Northshore Alternative Health Alliance (NAHA). Abi has been so much more than a manager; she has been a steady hand, a problem solver, a trusted partner, and, quite frankly, a big part of the engine behind everything we’ve built together.

I officially started my training business in 2017, and Abi joined the team in late 2018. We had so much fun barnstorming and dreaming of ways to build the brand, the company, and serve our valuable clients. Abi was there for the first on-site Mastermind Group Meeting at Eagle Construction of VA in April 2019. Frankly, neither of us had any idea what we were doing, but thanks to Abi’s hard work and planning, it worked out wonderfully well, and a new industry program was born. Abi helped organize all the Mastermind Retreats, and IBS Parties, as well as organizing our two Beach Front Retreats, plus the many thousands of appointments with all of you, our trusted clients and friends. Here are some lovely pictures that tell the story of our journey together.

For those that don’t know Abi is also my baby sister, so I have been so thrilled to work alongside her and watch her flourish. Abi’s organization, care, and commitment have helped keep me (and all of us) moving forward at a high level, and I’m deeply grateful for everything she has contributed over the years. While we will absolutely miss her, I couldn’t be more proud of her for taking this next step. I know NAHA will be a huge success, and I hope you’ll join me in wishing her all the best in this exciting new chapter.
At the same time, I’m very pleased to welcome Emma Lawrence, who will be stepping in as my new schedule manager. Emma will be helping coordinate all scheduling, logistics, and communications moving forward. I’m excited for you all to get to know her, she’s already hitting the ground running and will be a great addition to our group. Emma recently graduated from FSU in Biology, and is extremely organized, patient, and friendly.
Please join me in thanking Abi and welcoming Emma.
Truly,
Roland
