Join Us for Some Fun in the Sun and Learning in the Fall

With Real Estate booming all across the country, I am sure many of you are feeling a little tired and some of you may even be close to burn out. On the positive side we are busy selling more homes than we could possibly have expected, but we are also suffering from the stresses of limited supply, massive increase in costs, and longer time frames and delays for delivery.

Are you ready for a break, and some relaxation and rejuvenation? Then please join us for our New Home Sales & Management Retreat on the Beach this October.

This Retreat is so different than other programs out there, so please indulge me while I explain what it is all about, I promise I will try to use my best words. I have literally coached thousands of salespeople and managers over the last two decades, and my philosophy has always been that we can have fun and relax while we learn. In fact my experience has been, that the more we are relaxing the more open minded and receptive we are to personal development and growth.

With all of this in mind, we selected a hotel close to where I live in Miami, that is right on the beach. Margaritaville is famous for creating a mellow vibe, when you walk in the lobby, you are immediately thinking about flip flops and getting sand between your toes. In this environment, on the eleventh floor, I will be training along with Eleven of the most respected experts in our industry, teaching and sharing their wisdom.

Many training programs are either sales or management, our Retreat is both. We begin with two fun filled days of sales training, followed by a morning of motivation, then one and a half days of interactive symposiums with the latest management, marketing an even design Studio & Model merchandising concepts form todays true experts.
