I am so honored to share that Quint Lears will be returning to our Tropical Retreat this Fall, as co-new home sales trainer with me. Quint was a former NAHB Salesperson of the year, Professional Builder Magazine 40 under 40, is an ever present speaker at IBS, and is the author of “Partnering with Brokers to Win More Sales”. What salespeople love about Quint is that he is the ONLY new home sales trainer who is still on the front line actually selling new homes. Last year’s attendees at the Retreat loved Quint’s energy, his passion for new home sales and his authenticity, as everything he teaches comes from his firsthand experience.
